Sometimes there is that perfect place to have a classic car show, one of those places is Old Town Sacramento, if you haven’t been to Old Town Sacramento it’s a cool place to check out even without a car show. Old Town Sacramento is a historic district of Sacramento dating back to the 1800’s.
Sacramento car show, very family friendly event
Old Town Sacramento is a fitting place to have a classic car show with all the cool old buildings as a backdrop, it’s always fun to go to classic car shows in areas of interest. The Old Town Sacramento classic car show was mainly a lowrider car show with most of them being old school lowrider’s, cars from the 40’s and 50’s, these cool cars usually have just about every accessory imaginable along with some 60’s lowrider’s also.
Good food - old time shops
There is always lot’s to do in Old Town after you check out the cool cars, with many restaurants to please just about anyone and lot’s typical tourist type shops, make sure you check out Candy Heaven the old candy shop.
Some other stuff to check out is the Railroad Museum and right down the road is the Automobile Museum. It’s definitely a family friendly event, if you do bring your kids be sure to find Christopher's Marionettes usually on one of the corners they will have a blast watching these little wonders. Even if your not really in to lowriders’s it’s a great place and fun atmosphere to check out a classic car show there will be a few other cool cars as well.
